There is help available right in our own community for someone who might be struggling with dyslexia. The Hawaii Branch of the International Dyslexia Association can refer you to diagnosticians and specially trained tutors throughout the state. HIDA has videos and books you can borrow and presentations to help you learn about the latest advances in the field. HIDA also has volunteer members who have been in your shoes, and who are willing to support you through the process. Contact us at the Hawaii Branch of the International Dyslexia Association.
